- Payment information: Processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card details

We use your information to:
- Provide and improve the Pinnaclicks service
- Process your content repurposing requests
- Personalize outputs using your brand voice settings
- Send important service updates and notifications
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on servers located in Zurich, Switzerland — one of the world's most privacy-protective jurisdictions. We use:
- Row-level security to ensure users can only access their own data
- SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive information
- Regular security audits and updates
4. AI Processing
Your content is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI and OpenAI's Whisper (for audio transcription) to generate repurposed outputs. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. Content submitted for processing is not used to train AI models.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase: Database and authentication provider
- Anthropic: AI content generation
- OpenAI: Audio transcription
- Payment processor: For handling subscriptions
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access all personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Export your repurpose history
- Opt out of non-essential communications
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Repurpose history can be deleted at any time from the History page.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Pinnaclicks is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
