Pinnaclicks is an AI-powered content repurposing platform that allows users to transform content into multiple formats for various social media platforms in Arabic and English.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pinnaclicks to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Spam, harass, or abuse others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Create misleading or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Credits and Payments

Free accounts receive a limited number of one-time credits. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited access. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you input into Pinnaclicks. The AI-generated outputs are yours to use commercially. We do not claim ownership over your content or outputs.

7. AI-Generated Content

Pinnaclicks uses AI to generate content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated outputs before publishing. We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pinnaclicks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
